The new device was launched this month – AOI 3D (Automatic Optical Inspection). This is another investment that is part of the modernization of BORNICO equipment. The new device for automatic video inspection of assembled systems significantly increases the efficiency of detecting potential assembly errors, so as to 100% eliminate situations when a production error passed the inspection stage and the defective product would reach the customer.
Our new device is AOI MIRTEC MV3 OMNI 3D. It allows testing boards or whole PCB panels with dimensions from 50×50 mm to 450×400 mm, the device has a 15 MpX camera + 4 side cameras.
